Why this site

No one dies directly from old age! We die from the effects of aging or what is commonly known as the diseases of old age. As we age, the chance of dying from a disease of old age increases. Today we also are living in an exciting time. Science has recently identified the root causes of aging and has identified the seven pathways that describe how we age. Science will find a way to eradicate the root causes of old age much sooner than most people think. These cures are starting to become available now and will likely improve over the next few decades. Already ways to reverse damage along each pathway are convenient. “Life7” is the term that I have used to refer to radical life extension by slowing down or reversing damage accumulated on each aging pathway. By using what is available to survive today, you will be able to rejuvenate more thoroughly tomorrow.

This site provides the most current approaches to health and rejuvenation. My blogs address the most current issues and will provide you with actionable information. I have provided references to key concepts, but I also want this information to be easy to understand. Medical science is evidence-based, and often the most current knowledge may not be what the herd is touting or is available in the mainstream. We try to keep to real science facts and avoid some of the more superstitious ideas and out of date misinformation.

I have personally used this research with great success. I hope you find this information to be every bit as useful. I will be providing interviews, research briefs, and links to the most current scientific research for you to use on an ongoing basis. I will also give an idea of what people are doing to take advantage of the current generation of anti-aging technology so that you and your loved ones can get the most benefit. While I am providing links, I intend to share understanding.

Is there a topic you would like me to address either in a blog or a webinar? Just let me know.  I aim to reply to every message within three days (and often much sooner).
