I use this supplement in combination with NMN and Pterostilbene with great results.  NAD resets the Sirtuins, effectively combating the overall effects of age.   However, NMN is more effective at resetting the Sirtuins.  NAD is one of the supplements that attempts to imitate the beneficial changes from fasting.
