The standard dose of 320 mg aspirin is what I use with ECA stacks three times per day, or once a day on its own.

Be careful if this upsets your stomach, or you are taking it with blood thinners or other ingredients that could interact. (e.g. Arthrotec and aspirin can cause stomach bleeding). If in doubt, ask your pharmacist.
